1 of 11 Pinot Gris 2015 wine was left on skins for a short while to develop some texture from phenolics and has a lovely salmon hue. The bouquet teases with hints of pear flesh and strawberry-fruit is pristine with gentle pear and quince flavours with a hint of rose petal. It has a seasoning of savoury notes and spice, with a touch of sweetness on the finish, a great acid line and a refreshing palate.
